Sift, Graham Street

Sift is one of my favourite dessert places in Hong Kong, I never used to like chocolate and cheesecake till I tasted theirs.....what more can I say, its a great dessert place and they take their sweeties seriously. its a 5-star place for me, on top of it, theres a great selection of muscats, and sweet dessert wines...Mmmmmmm...:)

Mascarpone cheesecake with maple syrup, comes with walnut biscotto with icing sugar.


Chocolate fantasie - ....dun need to describe it anymore....the name says it all
