I always thought the idea of steamed milk disgusting, until my friends forced me to try this...now I look upon all steamed milk to be wonderous inventions of the Cantonese mind. Yee Shun milk co should be one of the best places to go to for steamed milk, they have 2 branches in CauseWay Bay.

Sift is one of my favourite dessert places in Hong Kong, I never used to like chocolate and cheesecake till I tasted theirs.....what more can I say, its a great dessert place and they take their sweeties seriously. its a 5-star place for me, on top of it, theres a great selection of muscats, and sweet dessert wines...Mmmmmmm...:)
